Case is in good condition. Tiny chip in the corner of the glass door (almost hidden out of sight). No AC adapter or batteries included.
The winders are not working
. Someone probably plugged in a different ampere adapter. Circuit boards need to be replaced. The cost to replace each circuit board is 5, thanks to Underwood's generous replacement program (normally 0). That is why I am selling this unit at approx 1/10 the original cost.
